Configurable Report Types

• Detailed text - Allows generation of text reports with a single line for each call, including date, time, extension, dialed number, destination, duration, cost, etc.
• Summary text - Summarises totals and averages of amount, duration and cost by
  the selected items, such as sites, departments, trunks, call types, etc.
• Organizational Summary text - Gives a break-down of the telephone traffic over
  the organisation; Summarises by departments, sections and individuals.
• Traffic Analyses - Generates a histogram style presentation of trunk usage.
• Real Time Graphical - Presents ‘LIVE‘ call data on screen in real-time graphs
• Graphical Report - Displays selected historical data in graphical report.

Task Schedular
