The advanced report generator of PhoneControl Prestige is similar to Professional, with the additional abillity to report on multiple sites / telephone systems, breaking down the cost of your telephone traffic over the organinsation, or analysing the performance of your telephone equipment and infrastructure. Multiple concurrent carriers, maximum call costs, inter-capital rates, date specific tariffs, and user-defined call types are all supported.
PhoneControl Prestige comes with a ready made Telephone Directory which is fully customisable. The system supports multiple directories and can easily import from and export to other files and/or databases using industry standards or customised solutions. The PhoneControl directory database is so versatile that you may use it to create non-phone related directories, such as personnel records, motor fleet management, etc.
