The Standard Support Agreement comes with:
Free software updates
Customers with a support agreement are entitled to the latest version of the PhoneControl software when a new update is released during the maintenance period.
Assistance priority:
Customers with a support agreement receive priority response from the PhoneControl Helpdesk.
Telephone Helpdesk support:
Customers with a support agreement can call the 1300 655 625 help line at the cost of a local call.
Remote Online Support:
PhoneControl Remote support can be provided using secure remote access tools, such as LogMeIn, Remote Desktop, VNC via the internet or a PC-Anywhere modem connection to the Server/Computer running PhoneControl. Remote support allows the PhoneControl support team to better diagnose and it is highly recommended to provide remote access to the PhoneControl Technical support team - in 90% of cases issues can be resolved without a site visit.
Discounted Site Visit rates
In case a site visit is required then customers with a support agreement are entitled to lower rates for any site visits from our qualified PhoneControl technicians
Standard Carrier Tariff Updates:
Carriers constantly change their rates. Customers with a support agreement can download the latest set of standard carrier tariff tables from our website using their customer ID.
Numbering Plan Updates:
The Australian numbering plan is constantly expanding; new area-codes, prefixes and mobile telephone numbers are added.
Charge Point Relocations:
Exchanges move and area-codes can change impacting the way carriers charge phone calls. Regularly downloading the latest tariff tables guarantees correct costing of calls
