Access rights to Directory content can be configured for different user-groups and allows you to share the Directory within or even outside your organisation. The Directory includes sort, display field selection and multi-field search tools for ease-of-use by receptionists and users

Call and Session Record Collection, Monitoring and Processing
PhoneControl uses highly reliable data collection systems and has escalation procedures in place to automatically raise an alarm in case of faults or difficulties with the collection of data for a service, from a site or a service provider.Customers and/or Business Partners will be informed accordingly and will be able to monitor the data collection status from the PhoneControl application. PhoneControl solutions currently collect usage data from over 1,000 sites every day.

Call and Session records collected from equipment or service providers are instantly processed by PhoneControl’s costing engine, using the rates applicable for the customer, taking in account the telephone system and (private) network configuration and allocating the record to the correct user and/or department
