PhoneControl MPI (Meter Pulse Inserter) is a call costing engine designed for use with existing Property Management Systems (PMS) in the hospitality industry. MPI allows the user to on-charge phone calls once meter pulses are phased out on May 30th 2009.
MPI works by taking the call data from the PABX and either inserting a simulated meter pulse, or call duration, to create an accurate cost for the call.
- PhoneControl MPI allows you to:
- Cost calls and forward the costed calls to the PMS
- Add cost tables containing customer rates
- Edit and print Customer Rates in an overview
- Interface with any Property Management System
