Multiple Services –The PhoneControl Enterprise system can analyse and report on multiple services, including fixed and mobile telephony, internet usage, electronic carrier bills and any other structured organisational or transactional data.

Multiple Sites – The PhoneControl Enterprise system can analyse and report on any number of sites around the country, or even around the world, correcting time-zone, currency and languages differences.

Multiple Users – The PhoneControl Enterprise Edition offers multi-user capabilities within a windows LAN/WAN environment and via the intranet/internet. Controlled access will make sure users can only view and access the functionality and information they are allowed.

Reporting – The PhoneControl Enterprise Edition’s flexible and powerful report generator allows consolidated reporting over all monitored services and sites. System administrators have unlimited access to the reporting functionality required to monitor the system performance and usage.
Web-users will have limited access and only be able to access and generate the reports relevant to them. Reports can be saved in all popular file formats, incl. password protected encrypted PDF format.

Directory – The PhoneControl Enterprise Edition comes with a fully user definable LDAP compatible Directory database with the organisational structure and different sections for all monitored services.

Security – All user activities are defined and controlled by the Administration console in which group and individual (hierarchical) security profiles determine what functionality and information can be accessed by the users; users will ONLY be able to access what they are allowed to do and see.

Web Server – The PhoneControl Enterprise edition comes with a secure Web Server module.
Controlled access will make sure users can only access the functionality and information they are allowed to view or access. A Facility Management / Bureau Service version of the Web-server module is also available allowing the PhoneControl functionality to be made available as a Managed Service.

3 rd  party integration - The system can import from/export to 3rd party software, including external Directories, equipment databases, financial packages, Property Management Systems and more.
