PhoneControl is a state-of-the-art Telephone Information Management System and Call Accounting system which allows companies to monitor the performance of their telephone systems, analyse the telephone usage within the organisation and calculate the cost of the telephone traffic and break-down the cost over the organisation.
PhoneControl systems can report on call data from any PABX-type or VOIP based telephone system, plus process billing data provided by telecom service providers, including Mobile Phone billing data.
PhoneControl comes with a powerful report generator which allows reporting over multiple services and locations, a user-friendly configuration database to define all service specific settings, and an even more powerful LDAP compatible Directory database with virtually unlimited freedom to design.
PhoneControl’s optional web-module allows users to access the Directory and their own call reports online, while authorised users (head-of-departments) can access the call reports for their department(s). The web-module also comes with an interactive Private & Business Call report where individual users can mark their business and private calls for administrative purposes.
